Every arrival is inspected according to its category and authenticated through LegitApp by two authenticators, or three for Hermès. Bags, jewellery and watches receive category-specific condition reporting supported by photographs of the actual item.
Prices are displayed in NZD for the New Zealand storefront. Available pieces can be ordered with complimentary insured DHL Express delivery, with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid by Lost Designer.

Every new arrival is reviewed by two authenticators and authenticated through LegitApp before it is offered for sale. A physical authenticity certificate is included with every item.

For bags and accessories we inspect materials, structure, interiors, edges, handles and hardware; for jewellery and watches we inspect the relevant surfaces, hallmarks, settings, components and identifying details. Every listing records visible wear and any notable issue rather than relying on a generic grade alone.
What original inclusions come with each new arrival?
Every item includes a physical authenticity certificate from Lost Designer. Original brand inclusions vary by category and may include a box, pouch or dust bag, cards or papers, a receipt, care materials, spare links or service records. Only the inclusions stated in the individual product description are included.
Can I ask a question about this item before ordering?

Are New Zealand orders tracked and insured?
Yes. Every New Zealand order is sent with complimentary DHL Express delivery, full tracking and insurance in transit. Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by Lost Designer.
