Every jewellery piece includes a physical authenticity certificate from Lost Designer. Original brand inclusions—such as the box, pouch, certificate, receipt, care booklet or service and repair documentation—vary by item and are listed precisely in the individual product description.

Are New Zealand orders tracked and insured?
Yes. Every New Zealand order is sent with complimentary DHL Express delivery, full tracking and insurance in transit. Applicable import duties and taxes are prepaid by Lost Designer.

If an item is materially not as described, contact us promptly with photo or video evidence so we can provide an appropriate remedy. Every purchase is also protected by our lifetime authenticity guarantee: if an item is proven inauthentic, we provide a full refund including return shipping. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
