Are all pieces authentic?
Yes. Every item is authenticated through LegitApp by two authenticators, while Hermès pieces are reviewed by three. A physical authenticity certificate is included with the item.
How is condition described?
We use formal condition grades and describe relevant exterior, interior, material and hardware wear. Jewellery and watches are assessed using category-appropriate details, and listings include close photography of the actual piece.
Are the photographs of the actual item?
Yes. Pre-owned inventory is generally one of one, so the listing photographs show the piece being offered unless clearly stated otherwise.
What is included with an item?
The listing description states the inclusions for that exact piece. Depending on category this may include a bag dust bag or box, or watch and jewellery box, papers, receipt, service record or certificate.
Can I shop in person?
Yes. Visit Lost Designer at 428E Toorak Road, Toorak during opening hours. No appointment is needed, although online inventory can sell before a visit because most pieces are one of one.
Is delivery insured?
Yes. Eligible orders are sent using insured delivery. Available delivery services and any destination-specific details are shown during checkout.
Why is a designer collection empty?
Pre-owned stock changes continuously and many pieces are unique. We keep useful designer links available so you can check again, browse new arrivals or contact us about sourcing a specific item.
Can Lost Designer source a specific piece?
Yes. If you cannot find the exact model, size, colour or reference, contact us with the details. Availability and pricing depend on the market at the time of the search.
