Which designers and categories do you accept?
We currently accept the bag, fine-jewellery and watch designers listed above. Each submission is assessed individually because condition, authenticity, model and current demand can affect acceptance.
Do I need to be in Melbourne?
No. You can start a quote from anywhere in Australia. Melbourne consignors may visit our Toorak boutique without an appointment during opening hours; other consignors can follow the delivery instructions supplied after accepting a quote.
Is my item insured when it is sent?
Eligible accepted consignments use the delivery arrangement stated in your acceptance instructions, including insurance while in transit. Follow the label and packing instructions carefully so the cover remains valid.
What information should I include?
Photograph the front, back, sides, interior, labels or hallmarks, hardware, serial or reference information and any wear. For watches and jewellery, include box, papers, receipts, service records or certificates where available.
How is the suggested selling price set?
We consider the exact model or reference, materials, age, condition, inclusions, recent comparable sales and current demand. You see the proposed pricing and payout before committing.
Do I need original packaging?
No, although original packaging and documentation may support buyer confidence and value. Bags may include a dust bag or box; watches and jewellery may include box, papers, receipts, service records or certificates. State exactly what is included.
How are items authenticated?
Items are assessed through LegitApp by two authenticators, with three authenticators for Hermès. Accepted items receive a physical authenticity certificate and are also inspected by our team before listing.
When am I paid?
Payment is made after the item sells, the buyer’s funds have cleared and any relevant transaction checks are complete. Your quote and consignment terms show the expected payout structure.
